Fusion’s online accounting software is continually being enhanced with new features and functionality. The key benefit of using online accounting software is that the business owner, bookkeeper and accountant can access the data anytime and from any location. All they need is internet access. Upload prospects, customers and suppliers
Users can upload their own prospects, customers and suppliers. This eliminates the need for re-keying this data.
Allocating & Unallocating receipts & payments to invoices
Users can unallocate receipts and payments tied to invoices from the review invoice screen. Users can also directly allocate particular receipts and payments to a particular invoice from the customer or supplier activity screen.
Within the customer and supplier activity screens there is now a column showing ‘unallocated’ amounts. This allows the user to quickly see what funds have yet to be allocated.
Creating custom fields for all sales and purchase documents.
Users can create custom fields for each order processing document, e.g. Quotes, Orders and Invoices. These custom fields can be created for internal use however users also have the option of displaying them on printed documents.
Creating custom statuses for all sales and purchase processes
All purchase and sales processes can have a custom status added, e.g. for sales orders you may have outstanding, despatched.....
Tracking Quotes, Orders & Invoices
Users can create quotes. These quotes can then be converted to orders or invoices. Similarly users can create orders and then convert these to invoices.
The process of any order can be tracked e.g. the system will show the user which invoice was created from which order and likewise which order was created from which quote.
Bank Accounts
Bank balances show account balance (as per statement) as well as nominal balance.
