Local support and training

At Stiona Software, experience has taught us that even with the best software product in the market it is essential to deliver a high level of personalised support. As we have local offices in Belfast and Mid-Ulster this allows us to deliver a support package that will ensure your complete piece of mind.

It starts with a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help to formulate your personal support plan (PSP). The plan aims to identify all the stages and the type of support you will require in order to ensure you, as an Accountant, can continue to deliver the optimum service to your own clients whilst you become familiar with the new software.

The plan is delivered within a schedule convenient to you and includes:

Accountant Hand Holding Sessions: Your Relationship Manager will set up a number of sessions to ensure that your staff are completely familiar with the software and the functionality they will be using.

Client Hand Holding Sessions: Some vendors will sell you software and then let you deal with the difficulties of bringing your clients up to speed. As a commitment to you we will organise a number of sessions with your first clients to build up their competence in using the system.

Additional Client Training: Stiona Software offers on-site and off-site training for clients.

As Stiona Software is a local company we can offer local support, coordinated by your relationship manager. Additionally the service offers all the traditional forms of support via:
